Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. in India is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to develop and implement cloud architecture strategies and projects that align with business goals.

You will guide the cloud architecture team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure security and compliance across cloud environments. The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience with hands-on cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex cloud

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in the development and implementation of cloud architecture strategies and projects.
• Support the cloud architecture team in technical tasks, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of experience in cloud architecture or related roles, including some technical experience
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and team lead skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams on cloud projects
• Successful involvement in cloud solution implementation projects
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) or advanced training a plus
