Job summary

Inizio Ignite, Putnam, is seeking an Associate Manager, Research Analytics to lead literature reviews, data extraction, quality assessment, and evidence synthesis for health and life sciences projects across client engagements.

You will manage multiple workstreams, mentor analysts, design protocols and reports, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable value messages for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Public Health/Health Economics, or equivalent from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
• Experience designing, planning, executing and managing systematic review studies in healthcare domain.
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple workstreams and drives screening, data extraction, quality assessment, qualitative synthesis and value messaging.
• Provides guidance to analysts and project managers, ensuring high-quality output.

What youll be doing

• Manages multiple workstreams and contributes to overall project execution driving the screening, data extraction, quality assessment, qualitative synthesis and value messaging
• Provides guidance to analysts and project managers, ensuring high-quality output
• Designs and develops protocols, search strategies, data extraction templates, and reports for literature review studies
• Conducts peer review and auditing (quality checks) of records/full-text publications screened, data extracted, and quality assessments carried out by others
• Assists in carrying out qualitative and quantitative synthesis
• Supports client interactions
• Collaborates with senior stakeholders on strategic frameworks, methodologies and overall project delivery

What youll need

• A degree in Life Sciences, Public Health/Health Economics, or equivalent from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 college with 7-10 yrs of experience
• Experience in designing, planning, executing and managing systematic review studies in healthcare domain. Expertise in screening title/abstract and full-text publications, data extraction and quality assessment
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive structured problem-solving
• Ability to distill complex data, interpret results and write technical reports with clear value messages
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong project management capabilities

Educational Qualification - A degree in Life Sciences, Public Health/Health Economics, or equivalent from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 college

Typical Experience - 7-10 years
