Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Reporting to hands-on develop Tableau and PowerBI dashboards supporting Global Development analytics.

This role provides day-to-day leadership for the Specialist, Reporting and ensures data quality and secure visualization outputs. Responsibilities include designing dashboards, collaborating with onshore teams for predictive analytics, and guiding platform optimization for performance and usability.

Qualifications

Job description

The Associate Manager, Reporting role will focus on hands‑on development of Tableau and PowerBI dashboards to support specific Global Development analytics initiatives, while providing day-to-day leadership for Specialist role. The position is execution-focused: building, testing, and maintaining workbooks and dashboards under guidance from the Senior Manager, Reporting. The candidate must have expertise in Tableau, with a proven ability to quickly understand complex business processes and create effective, easy to understand visualizations to enable data-driven decision making. It is preferred the candidate also has experience with Power BI and Qlik.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Coordination & Specialist Oversight:

• Provide day to day technical guidance and task direction to Specialist, Reporting
• Review work products from the Specialist to ensure alignment with standards and project requirements.
• Escalate reporting decisions and blockers to the Senior Manager as appropriate.

Visualization and Reporting:

• Design, develop and implement advanced dashboards, visualizations and reports to produce a suite of metrics and analytics to communicate data insights effectively
• Collaborate with onshore teams to identify and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
• Drive efforts around optimization of platforms/tools for performance, scalability and usability
• Monitor and refine visualizations to ensure relevance and accuracy in decision making processes
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all visualization outputs

AI Integration and Use Case Development:

• Primary driver of identified opportunities to integrate AI into Business Intelligence tools to enhance decision-making capabilities.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms and vice versa to ensure mutual understanding.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands‑on experience with Tableau and PowerBI

Minimum Years of Experience: Please be as specific as possible.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience: Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
