Job summary

The/Nudge in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Manager, Program Design & Operations to support the InSight Program, a national initiative to improve access to affordable reading glasses and reduce uncorrected presbyopia through community-led and tech-enabled solutions.

You will blend product management, programme design, and field operations, working with governments, NGOs, and partners to design scalable models, build field capacity, and drive data-informed improvements across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in product management or programme design.
• Experience building scalable, user-centred products or programmes.
• Strong background in research, product development, and operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel extensively to rural and remote locations.
• Work on a national public health initiative improving livelihoods for millions across India.
• Collaborate with governments, NGOs, and leading social sector partners to create scalable impact.

Role

The Associate Manager, Program Design & Operations will support The/Nudge's InSight Program, a national initiative working to eliminate uncorrected presbyopia by improving access to affordable reading glasses through community-led and technology-enabled solutions. The role combines product management, programme design, operations, research, and stakeholder engagement to build scalable public health solutions.
