Brillio in Bengaluru is seeking a multi-disciplinary professional to lead executive reporting, analytics, and governance initiatives. You will build dashboards, consolidate cross-functional updates, and track strategic initiatives for leadership reviews.

You will analyze operations, generate data-driven insights, manage COO programs, and create employee communications. This role requires collaboration across functions and effective storytelling across channels to support strategic outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for leadership reviews.
• Consolidate updates from multiple business functions and present key insights to senior stakeholders.
• Track strategic initiatives, risks, dependencies, and action items across the GCC.
• Support governance forums, leadership reviews, operating committee meetings, and town halls.
• Analyze operational, financial, workforce, and program data to identify trends and recommendations.
• Create meaningful visualizations and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business metrics.
• Drive planning, execution, and tracking of strategic COO initiatives.
• Establish project governance, reporting cadence, milestones, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver organizational priorities.
• Own creation of newsletters, leadership communications, success stories, and organizational announcements.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across various communication channels.
