The Associate Manager - CSR will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive CSR initiatives that align with Sheetal L Foundation's mission of creating meaningful social impact. This position requires strategic thinking, community engagement expertise, and the ability to drive sustainable development programs across diverse geographical locations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Development
  • Collaborate in developing location-specific CSR strategies aligned with foundation's core objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments in target communities to identify critical intervention areas
  • Design scalable and replicable CSR frameworks adaptable across different project locations
  • Support in creating lifecycle-based project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and impact metrics
Program Management
  • Lead end-to-end management of CSR projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to defined timelines and quality standards
  • Manage relationships with implementing partners, NGOs, and community stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement & Community Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, government officials, and community leaders
  • Communication and Coordination with Project Partner and Other Stakeholders such as BMC Education Officers.
  • Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
Impact Measurement & Reporting
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks
  • Prepare detailed project reports, impact assessments, and stakeholder presentations
  • Contribute to dashboards and annual impact reports
  • Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and maintain accurate documentation

Budget Management & Resource Optimization
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for assigned projects
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
  • Support procurement processes and vendor management activities
  • Contribute to strategic budget recommendations and financial planning
Data & Reporting Skills
  • Presentations: Skilled in preparing and delivering professional presentations to communicate insights and results effectively.
  • Documents: Proficient in creating and formatting reports, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Excel Skills: Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and visualization.
  • Monitoring Data: Experienced in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
  • Data Management: Competent in collecting, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining accurate datasets for reporting and evaluation.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in CSR, development sector, or social impact initiatives
  • Strong understanding of CSR regulations, community development, and social sector dynamics
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel to project locations across India
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in health, education, or community development programs
  • Knowledge of government schemes and public-private partnership models
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report writing
  • Multilingual capabilities for effective community engagement (Hindi,English,Marathi)
