Job summary

HDFC Life in Mumbai is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca to support the Zonal Head with day-to-day operations, performance tracking, and strategic initiatives. You will prepare regular MIS reports, provide data-driven insights, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting.

The role involves creating PowerPoint decks, maintaining dashboards, and driving MIS automation to improve efficiency, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP and SAS.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Experience with ApplicationTracker.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Zonal Head (ZH) to support day-to-day business requirements, performance monitoring and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for ZH review and management discussions.
• Provide business performance analysis, trends and actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with RH/BH/Branch teams and other stakeholders to collect, validate and consolidate business data.
• Coordinate with Insurance/Business teams during month-end for data collection, reconciliation, follow-ups and timely closure.
• Manage and coordinate Zonal-level events, meetings, campaigns and business initiatives, including invitations, communication, attendance and post-event reporting.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, business review decks and performance trackers for ZH and management meetings.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers and databases with high accuracy and within defined TAT.
• Handle ad-hoc reports, analysis and data requirements from the ZH and business teams.
• Follow up with respective teams for pending data, action points and business deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for MIS automation and process improvement to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
