  • Standard Chartered M&A provides comprehensive advisory services to its clients on a wide range of M&A transactions and capital-raising activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financial restructurings. Our M&A teams are organized by region and work closely with our industry coverage partners, other product groups and global relationship banking team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join the Mumbai based M&A team that covers the South Asia region. Reporting to the regional head of M&A, this Associate position will lead deal execution as well as assist with origination and developing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong execution experience in M&A and / or private equity fund raise transactions. Opportunity to become a key member of an experienced M&A team to help shape and implement future strategy.

  • Professional Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience in the banking industry
