Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and capture portfolio activities like trades, fees, corporate actions and forex into the system with detailed valuation and investor allocation.
• Reconcile admin data and perform daily cash/trade/market value reconciliations.
• Validate and justify reconciliation breaks for each NAV at fund level.
• Update and upload monthly factsheets on client databases as per deliverables.
• Review and prepare the hedge fund client NAVs on a monthly basis.
• Review pricing of the portfolio and analyze pricing exceptions.

Fund Accounting Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing and capturing various portfolio activities such as trades, fees, corporate actions and forex into the system with detailed Valuation and Investor Allocation
• Reconciliation with admin data.
• Responsible for daily reconciliations- Cash/Trade/Market value Reconciliations.
• Ensures all reconciliation breaks ( Cash & Trades) are validated and justified for each calculated NAV at Fund level.
• Updating and Uploading Monthly Factsheet on the Client Database as per client deliverables.
• Responsible to review/prepare the NAVs of the hedge fund clients on Monthly basis.
• Reviewing pricing of the portfolio and analysing the pricing exceptions if any.
