Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting knowledge and MS Office (Excel, Word & PPT).

• Basic understanding of Hedge Fund Industry and Reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Processing and capturing portfolio activities such as trades, fees, corporate actions and forex with detailed valuation and investor allocation.
• Reconciliation with admin data.
• Daily reconciliations - Cash/Trade/Market value Reconciliations.
• Ensure all reconciliation breaks (Cash & Trades) are validated and justified for each calculated NAV at Fund level.
• Updating and uploading Monthly Factsheet on the Client Database as per client deliverables.
• Reviewing and preparing the NAVs of hedge fund clients on a monthly basis.
• Reviewing pricing of the portfolio and analyzing pricing exceptions.

Fund Accounting Roles & Responsibilities
