Job summary

Authentic Staffing Agency in Hyderabad is seeking a Lead - Mechanical to lead site execution and delivery of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Mechanical/MEP with at least 3 years in leadership, and a strong hands-on background in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting, plus knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE and IPC standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Mechanical/MEP execution with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.
• Good knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE & IPC standards.
• Proficiency in MEP drawings; AutoCAD/Revit knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Primavera/MS Project will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
