Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior DevOps professional to implement infrastructure from architecture documents and drive Azure cloud migration initiatives.

You will manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure code across AWS, Azure and on-prem environments, lead the team, and write Terraform scripts to build Azure infrastructure. This role is Bengaluru-based with a strong emphasis on collaboration and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years total experience.
• Azure hands-on: 4–5 years minimum.
• Experience leading a team with technical support.
• Experience with Azure migrations and Terraform scripting.

Responsibilities

• Implement infrastructure based on architecture documents.
• Lead Azure cloud migration initiatives.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure code (AWS, Azure and On Prem).
• Collaborate with GitHub/GitLab for source code management.
• End-to-end DevOps development with focus on infrastructure (not SRE).

Job description

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Implementing infrastructure based on architecture / SAD documents.
• Giving to Azure cloud migration initiatives.
• Handling CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure code (AWS, Azure and On Prem).
• Working with GitHub/GitLab for source code management.
• End-to-end DevOps development, not SRE/administration.
• Azure Cloud Infrastructure (minimum 4-5 years hands-on)
• CI/CD pipeline development for Azure and AWS (GitHub/GitLab preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Security and Compliance tooling.
• AWS Infra and app pipelines configuration and maintenance.
• Ability to build infrastructure from architecture documents
• Experience/Ability to Lead the team with technical support
• Azure Migrations (Writing Terraform scripts to build Azure infrastructure.)
• Experience starting DevOps career in on-prem and moving into Azure.
• Exposure to Basic Azure administrative tasks (though role is not SRE-focused)
• AI Exposure to build Agents for DevOps tasks (any use case)

• Complete DevOps profile from Day 1
• Observability - SAAS Tools knowledge for Monitoring
• Project Management tooling - JIIRA/ASANA
