Must Have
Broad Area - 1: Manage the automation initiative
- Identify, evaluate, and implement automation solutions in artwork creation, artwork proofing, and related areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, QA, Regulatory, Tech) to gather pain points and ideate solutions.
- Drive end-to-end execution of automation projects (e.g., scripting, low-code tools, RPA, workflow automation).
Artwork Process Optimization:
- Map current-state processes involving packaging components, labels, cartons, leaflets, etc.
- Analyze manual touchpoints in file reception, version control, folder structures, and proofing.
- Standardize and improve workflows using automation and lean methodology.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with IT, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Conduct PoCs and pilots, gather feedback, and scale successful initiatives.
Documentation & Governance:
- Maintain clear documentation of automation workflows, user guides, validation reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11 for audit trails).
Training & Change Management:
- Upskill teams on automation tools and processes.
- Drive adoption through training sessions, workshops, and support during rollout.
Broad Area - 2: Manage end to end artwork production as per the client requirement
- Review, understand, and gather relevant data (font, colour, alignment, missing links) from client specification files/emails/client server/tool.
- Follow best practices in communication, client and project-specific guidelines, and processes.
- Monitor progress of artwork development and proofreading; address delays or issues and escalate as needed; keep customers informed.
- Interact with client/SPOCs, raise queries, and resolve issues with respect to jobs.
- Provide technical and non-technical support to team members.
- Proactively address client complaints/issues and take ownership of action plans.
- Create reports (weekly, internal weekly reviews, monthly & half-year) as per standard templates and KPIs.
- Understand and respond to specific client needs; execute as per objectives and goals by developing work schedules with priorities.
- Demonstrate accountability and initiative to achieve team objectives.
Broad Area - 3: Team Management
- Conduct one-to-one meetings monthly with team members and keep peers updated.
- Share process-related knowledge and improvements with the team.
- Support junior associates, reportees, and address concerns, needs, and conflicts promptly.
- Provide periodic reviews, feedback, and ratings.
- Set goals and perform appraisal reviews; identify training needs.
- Maintain team performance data and analyze information for continuous improvement.
- Participate in hiring by conducting interviews and providing feedback.

- Drive and maintain quality standards for various client deliverables across the team.
- Educate the team on confidentiality and copyright rules as per client and company norms.
- Ensure the team follows security rules with regard to standards like client SOPs, ISMS, ISO, and CMMI.

- Build mastery through self-learning and stay abreast of current trends in the area.
- Participate in trainings and hands-on learning about risk management and communication with managers and clients.
- Be flexible to move across new project activities and deliverables.

- Remain current on developments and emerging trends; identify new trends that support business development.
- Willingness to put in extra effort to meet client deliverables and process requirements.

Knowledge Requirement
- Good knowledge of the artwork development process
- Knowledge and experience in any PLM tool
- Good knowledge about pharma industry/packaging process
- Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into tech-enabled solutions
- Experience with RPA or workflow automation tools
- Knowledge in various printing processes

- Diploma in multimedia certificate course for undergraduates
