Job summary

Candidates from Investment Banking, VC/PE deal execution, or strategy consulting with 4–6 years of experience are encouraged to apply. The role provides exposure across thesis development, deal sourcing, evaluation and portfolio management.

About the role:

This is primarily an execution and financial-research role. The associate will spend the majority of their time on sourcing, diligence, modelling, and transaction execution and thesis development and M&A for WTF.

We are looking to hire an Associate in the Investments team. The role offers comprehensive exposure across Thesis Development, Deal Sourcing, Evaluation, Transaction Structuring, Portfolio Management, and Corporate Development.

• Professionals from Investment Banking (execution-focused: M&A, ECM/DCM), or Investing (VC/PE deal execution) and strategy consulting
• Demonstrated comfort with high-ownership execution work -> data rooms, redlines, closing mechanics, not only analysis and memo-writing
