Job summary

UST is seeking a Mid Level Data Scientist with 5-7 years of professional experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for AI/ML/Analytics projects. You will program in Python and SQL, apply ML models, and work with deep learning techniques and Gen AI concepts.

Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, GCP or AWS) and DevOps practices (CICD, automation, build management) is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for AI/ML/Analytics projects.
• Programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML libraries and applications (time series, neural nets, SVMs, boosting).
• Experience in deep learning techniques and prompt engineering for Gen AI/LLM.
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS) and DevOps practices (CICD, automation, versioning).
• Pyspark is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in data fetch, wrangling, exploration, and feature engineering.
• Drive client engagement and align development team to a technical roadmap.
• Design and test workflow solutions; write specifications and diagrams.
