Job Summary
Position Overview Aon Talent Solutions helps organizations across EMEA make better workforce decisions through market-leading human capital advisory, rewards, talent, assessment, and workforce analytics solutions. The Innovation and Solutions Associate will support the development of scalable advisory assets, research outputs, data analysis, and AI-enabled delivery workflows. This role will contribute to codifying repeatable advisory work into practical templates, prompt libraries, dashboards, research summaries, and client-ready materials while supporting the broader innovation agenda across EMEA Talent Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and documentation of repeatable advisory frameworks, templates, prompt libraries, and delivery assets.
- Coordinate inputs across consultants, solution line leaders, GCC partners, and internal delivery teams to support solution development.
- Prepare draft reports, research summaries, benchmarking outputs, presentations, and data-backed narratives for review.
- Apply Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to organize, validate, analyze, and visualize workforce, rewards, engagement, and advisory data.
- Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research, drafting, summarization, quality checks, workflow automation, and productivity improvement.
- Track priorities, timelines, stakeholder inputs, risks, and follow-through actions across multiple innovations and advisory workstreams.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation, confidentiality, and version control across all outputs.
- Assist in translating workforce trends, market research, client priorities, and regional updates into clear advisory content.
- Collaborate effectively within the team while demonstrating ownership and initiative on assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or academic background in artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, technology, or related discipline, combined with practical exposure to human capital advisory, workforce analytics, talent, rewards, HR solutioning, or consulting.
- Or a degree or formal academic background in human resources, organizational psychology, business, talent management, rewards, or a recognized HR programme, combined with practical experience applying AI, analytics, automation, or digital tools in a delivery or advisory setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in human capital advisory, workforce analytics, AI-enabled delivery, digital adoption, continuous improvement, or related work.
- Previous client experience is preferred, as the role will progressively contribute to live client engagements, client-ready deliverables, and consultant discussions.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure information clearly for internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Copilot, AI tools, or automation platforms.
- Comfort working with data, research, business narratives, and structured documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
