About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate – Graphic Designer with a strong command of both static and motion design to join our creative team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have à flair for visual storytelling, an understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate creative briefs into engaging visual assets for PR campaigns, digital platforms, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing static creatives, including social media posts, campaign creatives, digital banners, infographics, presentations, and other communication collaterals.
• Develop motion graphics, animated posts, reels, GIFs, short-form videos, and other dynamic visual content for digital and social media platforms.
• Translate creative briefs and campaign concepts into impactful visual stories aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with PR, account management, and digital teams to develop creative assets for client campaigns, product launches, brand announcements, and integrated communication initiatives.
• Adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats while ensuring consistency in visual identity and brand messaging.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality and creativity.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, motion graphics, social media formats, and creative tools to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, making revisions as required.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and are optimised for their respective platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within a PR agency, advertising agency, creative studio, or digital marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for static design.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent tools for motion graphics and video editing.
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content formats, and current design trends.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Ability to understand creative briefs, work collaboratively, and manage multiple deliverables.
