Job summary

Omnicom Global Solutions invites applications for Graphic Design - Associate. You will translate creative ideas into compelling visuals for digital and print campaigns across our global client base, including Fortune 50 companies.

You will develop concepts, typography, layouts, and digital assets, while adhering to brand guidelines and timelines. Collaboration with the creative lead and remote teams will be key to delivering high-quality design solutions.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts, visual treatments, and design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with target audiences.
• Typography and Layout: Utilize typography, layout, and composition principles to create visually engaging designs that effectively convey information, hierarchy, and emphasis.
• Digital Design: Create digital assets for web and social media platforms, including website graphics, social media posts, email newsletters, digital ads, and interactive media, adhering to best practices for digital design and user experience.
• Print Design: Produce print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy, print quality, and compliance with printing specifications.
• Visual Storytelling: Use visual storytelling techniques to convey complex ideas, narratives, or messages in a clear, engaging, and impactful manner through graphic design.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, project requirements, and industry standards.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Passion for design: A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Flexibility and adaptability: Should be able to work on diverse projects and adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.

This may be the right role for you if you have,

• 0-2 years in experience with integrated creative production as a senior creative designer in an ad agency / design studio / production house
• Experience delivering various creative assets, for both print and digital campaigns
• Excellent graphic design skills and an eye for composition
• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe photoshop, illustrator, indesign
• Excellent understanding of UI design principals for responsive web and mobile apps
• Experience in managing teams that handle high-volume requests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience communicating with remote teams and working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of current global trends and best practices in graphic design
