Responsibilities

• A strong academic background with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering plus a master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven previous experience in TBM & NATM tunnel designs for soft rocks and mixed ground.
• Ability to lead project teams.
• Experience delivering geotechnical projects, including preparing reports to a high technical level. Understanding of client requirements and effective project management with robust financial oversight.
• Working knowledge of large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 16+ years of relevant design experience in a consulting environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, technical, and communication skills, with confidence to liaise with international clients.
• Strong report‑writing skills with the ability to self‑check.
• Knowledge of finite element modelling tools such as Plaxis 2D/3D and Rocscience Phase2.
• Commitment to continuing professional development, including representing the geotechnical team at technical conferences and seminars.
