Job summary

StayVista in Mumbai is seeking an Associate General Manager to drive operational excellence across assigned markets, optimize operations, and lead owner relationships. You will collaborate with Supply, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations to deliver seamless execution and measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 5–6 years in operations or hospitality, strong analytical and leadership skills, and willingness to travel between Mumbai and Lonavala.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in operations, business strategy, hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, real estate, or related industries.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a data-driven, execution-focused approach.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with AI tools and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between Mumbai and Lonavala and adapt to flexible working hours.

Your Role

As an Associate General Manager at Stayvista, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, executing strategic initiatives, and improving business performance across assigned markets. You will work closely to optimize operations, support supply growth, improve homeowner experience, and deliver key business outcomes. Looking for a dynamic leader with experience in managing on-ground operations, team leadership, and owner relationships.

• Support revenue growth through efficient property onboarding, portfolio performance, and operational optimization.
• Collaborate with Supply, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver seamless execution.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners to improve retention, satisfaction, and long-term portfolio growth.
• Monitor business KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable processes to enhance efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams while ensuring adherence to StayVista's operational standards and service quality.
• 5 -6 years of experience in operations, business strategy, hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, real estate, or related industries.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a data-driven, execution-focused approach.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
• Should have a good understanding of P&L, strong analytical skills (Excel, AI tools, and PPTs), excellent communication, flexibility to travel between Mumbai and Lonavala, own a vehicle, and be adaptable to flexible working hours.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
