Job Profile: Associate Full Stack Developer

About the Role

In addition to core development, you will take ownership of technical troubleshooting, collaborate across teams, and proactively assist in resolving internal queries related to functionality or minor integration issues. This offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your full-stack capabilities while driving quality and consistency across features.

We are looking for candidates who are not only skilled in frontend development but also comfortable with basics backend development and supporting technical tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend/UI Development:
Develop interactive components using frameworks like React.js or AngularJS.
Work with PHP, Node.js, or Python to integrate APIs and handle backend operations supporting frontend features.
SQL and Data Handling:
Write basic SQL queries including joins to interact with and present data effectively in the frontend.
Cross-Team Coordination:
Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless, functional user experiences.
Internal Technical Ownership:
Proactively handle technical edge cases, minor bug reports, or integration clarifications from team members when needed.
Design System Implementation:
Translate design assets into reusable components consistent with our design system or UI guidelines.
Code Quality & Debugging:

Key Skills & Experience

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and responsive design principles
Experience with at least one frontend framework: React.js or AngularJS
Hands-on experience with PHP and Node.js or Python for backend-related tasks
Ability to write basic SQL queries, including join conditions
Practically working with Git for version control and collaborative development
Experience with component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Bootstrap, Ant Design)
Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
Understanding of API structures (REST) and testing tools (e.g., Postman)
Awareness of UX principles and attention to detail in UI consistency
