Job summary

CGB SOLUTIONS is seeking candidates for a Global Capability Center in Bangalore to support audit, bookkeeping, compilation, accounting and tax engagements. You will work with French-speaking clients and internal teams to prepare financial statements, tax filings, and related deliverables.

Successful candidates will have French language proficiency (B2/C1), strong communication skills in French and English, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical skills and knowledge across Audit & Assurance, Bookkeeping, Compilation Engagements, Accounting, and Corporate Tax.
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements, working papers, schedules, and related engagement documentation.
• Assist with audit and assurance engagements by performing assigned testing, documentation, financial analysis, and follow-up procedures.
• Perform bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and supporting period-end close activities.
• Prepare corporate tax returns and other related tax filings, where applicable.
• Manage multiple client files and assignments while meeting established timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Review and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reports.
• Establish charts of accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Support data analytics reporting and related client deliverables.
• Prepare correspondence, technical reports, client summaries, and presentations.
• Communicate professionally with French-speaking clients, engagement teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with client engagement teams and stakeholders.
