Job summary

Hum Fauji seeks a results-driven financial planning professional to design short investment and retirement plans for clients. You will explain strategies in simple language, meeting clients in person or via email/phone/Zoom, and translate plans into concrete product allocations.

You will monitor portfolios, track performance, report progress to clients, and conduct regular re-balancing to align with goals, while handling multiple tasks in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Graduation in a core financial subject with minimum 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
• MBA/PGDM (Finance) preferred.
• CFP, NISM X-A or X-B certifications would be a big positive.

Responsibilities

• Create short investment and retirement goal plans and explain them to clients in simple language in person, via email, phone or video calls.
• Translate plans into specific product plans and monitor the investment process.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report progress to clients for goal attainment.
• Carry out regular re-balancing of the portfolio and resolve financial issues for clients.

Academic Qualifications Required

At least Graduation, in a core financial subject. MBA/PGDM and MBA/PGDM (Finance) would be given a preference. A good academic record is important with minimum 60% aggregate in 10th Class, 12th Class and Graduation percentage marks or grades attained in school and colleges need to be mentioned in the CV.

Professional Qualifications Desired: Completed or pursuing (done at least one module) CFP (Certified Financial Planner), NISM X-A or X-B certifications would be considered a big positive.

Role & responsibilities

• To make short investment and retirement goal plans and explain the same to the clients in a language they understand. This interaction with the clients could be in person, on email, on phone or through video software like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.


• Translate the investment or retirement plans into specific product plan • Implement the product plans and monitor the investment process.


• Once investment is done, the same needs to be monitored on a regular basis with performance of the invested asset and goal attainment as the criterion, and a report given to the client.


• To carry out regular re-balancing of the portfolio as and when required. • To sort out all the financial issues of the clients.

Performance-based variable salary up to 20% of the fixed salary which comes in after completion of Probation (6 months).
