Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow defined standard operating processes for all deliverables.
• Own performance against all assigned master data processes and categories.
• Plan and prioritize workload to meet timelines.
• Maintain accuracy of all master data records in SAP.
• Maintain SLA and ensure timely reports.
• Raise incidents to relevant helpdesks when issues occur.
• Identify data quality improvements and apply learnings to SOPs.
• Understand data flows for SAP master data and enforce creation/change rules.

Responsible for delivering all the tasks on-time, every-time. Ensure that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change.
