Job summary

Accenture in Kochi is seeking an Associate Engineer for Manual Testing with 1–2 years of experience. You will perform functional, UI, regression, and smoke tests, design and execute test cases, log defects, and support testing throughout the sprint lifecycle.

You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to test documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Around 1 year hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Familiarity with Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong understanding of requirement analysis, test case preparation, and execution.
• Basic knowledge on API manual testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Exposure to test management tools like Jira, Xray, or TestLink is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Good to have knowledge/experience in the E-commerce domain.
