Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a role-focused candidate to manage software lifecycle in a semiconductor manufacturing setting. You will collaborate with global IT teams to analyze requirements and deliver IT solutions for manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating user training, maintaining software and hardware uptime, monitoring performance, and driving root-cause analysis for incidents with a proactive improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing software lifecycle in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to capture user requirements and collaborate with global IT teams.
• Coordinate user training and acceptance testing for new software releases.

• Involve in the application lifecycle management for software systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to conduct user requirement analysis and collaborate with global IT team to implement and deliver IT solutions for Manufacturing operation.
• Plan and coordinate user training and acceptance testing/verification for new software to ensure a good quality software release to production.
• Perform applications software and hardware maintenance to ensure high uptime.
• Monitor system performance proactively to identify abnormalities and develop capabilities to prevent unscheduled downtime.
• Support in root cause analysis for critical incidents and seek continuous improvements. Ensure all tickets are closed on timely manner as per agreed SLA.
• Able to Use AI, Leveraging AI and Applying AI solutions.
