Responsibilities

• Handle design cases and proposal design in AutoCAD 2D designs drafting, Bluebeam PDF, and interpret mark-ups & write-ups.
• Knowledge in the lighting domain will be advantageous and highly preferred.
• Prepare proposal documents including Design, BOM, BOQs, RFQ & RFI, etc.
• Analyze customer requirements and support the Pre-sales/Post-sales globally.
• Participate in internal design huddles to understand if we meet customer-specific intent before drawings are finalized and released for production/site execution.
• Capture customers’ business requirements in the CRM software and develop new designs and retrofit solutions to the case-to-case requirements.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of project workload and rebalances work as needed.
• Work collaboratively within the team (Team Leads & Senior engineers).
• Have an interest and ability to work in an international environment.
• Proactively identify and communicate areas of deficiency/gaps along with proposed solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication (verbal and writing) and presentation skills.
