Alvarez & Marsal in India seeks a senior leader to shape technology and AI transformation for flagship clients. You will translate business goals into pragmatic technology roadmaps, lead end-to-end engagements, and drive measurable outcomes in complex, unstructured environments.

This role emphasizes building a high-performing team, mentoring colleagues, and developing differentiated viewpoints on emerging technologies and GenAI. Travel and client interaction may be required.

Formación

• 11–14 years in technology consulting, strategy, or transformation roles.
• Strong grounding in IT strategy, AI advisory, and digital transformation.
• Exposure to AI/ GenAI use cases and a clear point of view on where it creates value.
• Experience owning workstreams or entire engagements in lean teams.
• Ability to operate in unstructured environments with complete ownership.
• Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and client-facing skills.

• Technology Transformation - A&M helps clients create a scalable, cost-effective IT function that delivers the company's strategic vision and priorities.

How you will contribute

1. Own Client Outcomes

• Partner closely with CXOs to define technology and AI transformation priorities.
• Translate business goals into pragmatic, executable technology strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end engagements—from diagnosis to implementation oversight and support.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and drive measurable business impact.

2. Drive Technology Strategy & Transformation

• Define enterprise Technology strategy, digital and AI transformation roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Develop operating models to enable AI-first strategy and product-centric delivery.
• Conduct enterprise technology maturity assessments and translate findings into prioritized action plans.
• Shape GenAI and Agentic AI strategies grounded in business use cases.
• Identify, prioritize, and scale high-value AI opportunities.
• Bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and enterprise adoption.
• Drive technology cost takeout and tech debt reduction.
• Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, and investment strategies.
• Work with client teams to translate strategy into execution.

3. Build the Practice

• Support business development—from shaping proposals to closing deals.
• Develop differentiated points of view related to emerging technologies and transformation.
• Mentor team members and help build a high-performing, entrepreneurial team.
• Play an active role in defining “what we do next” as a practice.
