Job summary

TAPI in India is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong S&OP exposure to translate demand, supply, inventory, and service data into actionable dashboards and insights. You will drive cross-functional decision-making by delivering clear analytics and recommendations.

The role requires 8–10 years in data analytics or related fields, plus hands-on S&OP experience and proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, supply chain analytics, demand planning, or S&OP.
• Hands-on experience supporting S&OP processes, including demand review, supply review, inventory review, executive review, KPI tracking, and action follow-up.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Certification or exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, supply chain planning, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or project management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards for S&OP KPIs: demand accuracy, supply attainment, inventory health, service levels.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, production, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, gaps, or improvement opportunities.
• Support monthly S&OP review cycles by preparing data packs, executive summaries, scenario analyses, and decision-support insights.
• Partner with supply chain, commercial, finance, operations, and planning teams to convert business questions into clear analytical outputs.
• Automate recurring reporting using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, VBA, SQL, and relevant AI-enabled tools.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong exposure to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), supply chain performance tracking, and business analytics. The role will translate demand, supply, inventory, service, and operational data into clear dashboards, insights, and recommendations that support cross-functional decision-making.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering S&OP KPIs such as demand accuracy, supply attainment, inventory health, service levels, forecast bias, and process adherence.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, production, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support monthly S&OP review cycles by preparing data packs, executive summaries, scenario analyses, and decision-support insights.
• Partner with supply chain, commercial, finance, operations, and planning teams to convert business questions into clear analytical outputs.

• Curiosity to explore AI-enabled analytics and automation to improve reporting efficiency and decision quality.
