As Associate Director, Quality Assurance, Technology, you will serve as a strategic technology business partner for Quality Operations, ensuring that Quality Technology solutions enable business goals, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives. You will drive the alignment of Quality Management Systems, technology roadmaps, and stakeholder priorities to deliver scalable, compliant, and value-driven solutions across the organization.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
8+ years of experience working within Quality and GxP-regulated environments.
5+ years of experience supporting or managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Experience with enterprise Quality platforms such as Veeva Quality, Veeva Vault, or equivalent Quality systems.
Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, System Validation, Computer System Validation (CSV), and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders across regional and global organizations.
Proven success delivering technology solutions within regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
Strong project, change management, and business relationship management capabilities.
Experience translating business requirements into technology strategies, roadmaps, and operational solutions.
Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical organizations with global Quality Operations responsibilities.
Certification or practical experience in Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
