You will drive forecasting, OTB, inventory productivity, and allocation strategies to maximize product availability and growth.

Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in merchandise and retail planning, with a track record in fashion or lifestyle brands.

Qualificações

• Experience in merchandise, demand, or retail planning.
• Forecasting, OTB, inventory management, and omnichannel retail planning expertise.
• Experience with consumer, fashion, footwear, sports, or lifestyle brands preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning.
• Develop seasonal, annual, category, and SKU-level business plans.
• Drive inventory productivity, stock turns, sell-through, and product availability.
• Own allocation and replenishment strategies across stores and channels.
• Monitor business performance, reforecast in-season, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Ecommerce, and Retail teams.
• Build data-driven planning dashboards and scalable processes.

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Planning to lead end-to-end merchandise planning across D2C, retail, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning.
• Develop seasonal, annual, category, and SKU-level business plans.
• Drive inventory productivity, stock turns, sell-through, and product availability.
• Own allocation and replenishment strategies across stores and channels.
• Monitor business performance, conduct in-season reforecasting, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Ecommerce, and Retail teams.
• Build data-driven planning dashboards, scalable processes, and a high-performing team.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in merchandise, demand, or retail planning, preferably with consumer, fashion, footwear, sports, or lifestyle brands. Strong expertise in forecasting, OTB, inventory management, and omnichannel retail planning is essential.
