    As an Associate Director - Legal, you will be responsible for providing legal expertise and guidance to support the organization in various areas. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized Indian institute, with additional qualifications or certifications related to privacy being advantageous.With 7 to 9 years of professional experience in a reputable law firm or corporate entity, you should have a background in M&A, general corporate, capital markets, technology, privacy, or financing legal work. Your role will involve working independently, being result-oriented, and demonstrating self-motivation in a fast-paced, international, and diverse environment.Key responsibilities include conceptualizing new products, exploring new market verticals, and contributing to innovative fintech and financial solutions. You will be tasked with developing and implementing efficient processes for contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing data processing agreements, updating policies, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.Additionally, you will collaborate with international consultants/advisors on global data protection laws, stay updated on new legislation and regulatory developments, and establish standard documents for routine use.
