Job summary

Indihire Consultants seeks a seasoned FP&A and commercial finance professional to act as a trusted advisor to leadership. You will manage end-to-end FP&A, provide decision support, and drive profitability across large client engagements.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and detailed financial analyses. A CA/MBA in Finance is preferred, with strong stakeholder management and IT services finance experience.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience in IT services.
• Expertise in IT services pricing models (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, Outcome-based, product/transformation pricing).
• Strong understanding of commercial structuring and contract reviews.
• Financial modeling, scenario analysis, profitability management.
• CA or MBA in Finance with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reviews.
• Partner with business leadership to provide financial insights, decision support, and performance recommendations.
• Drive P&L management, revenue forecasting, cost management, margin improvement, and financial performance tracking.
• Conduct variance analysis, scenario modelling, profitability analysis, and financial modelling.
• Own revenue and cost forecasting, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support commercial finance and deal advisory, including deal economics and pricing analysis.
• Evaluate pricing models and deal structures across IT services engagements.
• Partner with Sales/GTM, Delivery, Operations and Finance on commercial decisions, contract reviews, and profitability management.
• Drive financial governance and controls across revenue realization, P&L, cost management and performance.
• Develop financial dashboards, management reports and actionable business insights for senior leadership.
• Perform benchmarking, risk assessment and profitability analysis from a commercial FP&A perspective.
• Act as a strategic finance business partner with executive communication and stakeholder management.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly performance reviews, and financial reporting.
• Partner closely with business leadership to provide financial insights, decision support, and performance recommendations.
• Drive P&L management, revenue forecasting, cost management, margin improvement, and financial performance tracking.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis, scenario modelling, profitability analysis, and financial modelling to support business decisions.
• Own revenue and cost forecasting, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support commercial finance and deal advisory, including deal economics, pricing, margin analysis, cost structures, and financial risks.
• Evaluate pricing models and deal structures across T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, Outcome-based, Product and Transformation engagements.
• Partner with Sales/GTM, Delivery, Operations and Finance teams on commercial decisions, contract reviews and profitability management.
• Drive financial governance and controls across revenue realization, P&L, cost management and commercial performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in FP&A and commercial finance within IT services
• Expertise in IT services pricing models (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, Outcome-based, RU and accelerator /Product /transformation projects pricing)
• Strong understanding of commercial structuring and contract reviews
• Financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability management
• CA / MBA (Finance)
• 1015 years of experience in IT services finance or consulting finance roles
• Experience supporting commercial deal reviews, pricing strategy, and financial planning
