Role Summary

The Associate Director – MDM, Customer 360, Reference Data & Data Remediation Value Proposition will lead enterprise data governance, data remediation, and API integrations to support Finance and Regulatory Reporting. The role includes managing a cross‑functional India‑based team, aligning with business stakeholders, and driving data maturity across Master Data, Reference Data, and Customer 360 domains.

Key Deliverables

• Own the delivery lifecycle for MDM data remediation programs, API integrations, and Salesforce/onboarding data consumption; track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable deliverables and providing status updates.
• Lead and manage a team of analysts (P3–P5) across remediation, UAT, API/Salesforce integration, and dashboarding; establish governance frameworks and quality checkpoints.
• Prioritize backlog across workstreams with the Product Owner, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
• Guide the team on data quality issue identification, root‑cause analysis, and SQL‑based validation to ensure adherence to MDM standards.
• Ensure seamless data flow from MDM to Salesforce and downstream systems by validating API payloads, data mappings, and integration logic.
• Oversee development of dashboards covering data quality metrics, remediation progress, and UAT status.

Skills and Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data remediation/data quality, and data integration/APIs.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data validation techniques, data modeling, and reference data management.
• Hands‑on experience with REST, JSON API integrations and Salesforce data integration.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Leadership and stakeholder‑management skills with proven experience leading offshore/India‑based teams.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, complex dependencies, and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MDM SaaS platforms (e.g., Informatica, Reltio).
• Exposure to banking or financial services domain.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
