Job Title Associate Director – Enterprise Data & Analytics (MDM)
Value Proposition The Associate Director – Enterprise Data & Analytics will serve as a key leader, responsible for driving data remediation, data quality, and control initiatives that support Finance and Regulatory Reporting across the bank. This leader will manage a growing team and play a critical role in strengthening enterprise-wide data governance, improving data quality, and enabling trusted data for high-impact business and regulatory outcomes. This role requires a strong mix of data expertise, relationship-building, operational rigor, and the ability to partner across global teams. The Associate Director will work closely with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data Governance, Technology, Architecture, and Operations to identify data challenges, prioritize remediation initiatives, and advance the bank’s data maturity.

The AD will own end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer Adjacent initiatives, with a focus on data remediation, API integrations, and Salesforce/downstream consumption. This role leads a cross-functional India-based team and ensures alignment between business, technology, and data governance objectives across corporate functions—spanning Master Data, Reference Data, and Customer 360 domains.
15+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data remediation/data quality, and data integration/APIs. Proven track record managing large-scale data programs and cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills Strong proficiency in SQL, data validation techniques, data models, and reference data management. Hands‑on experience with API integrations (REST, JSON). Familiarity with Salesforce data integration, data governance frameworks, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
Leadership & Functional Skills Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Demonstrated experience leading offshore/India-based teams. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and complex dependencies. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
Preferred Qualification Experience with MDM SaaS platforms (e.g., Informatica, Reltio). Exposure to banking or financial services domain. Agile/Scrum delivery experience
