WinWire is looking for an Associate Director - Delivery based in Bangalore or Hyderabad to lead Cloud and Data/AI related IT services leveraging Microsoft Azure. This role offers competitive compensation packages and opportunities for exponential career growth.

Desired Profile

• 17 to 20 years of experience, majority in mid-size IT services firms
• At least 10 years of experience successfully managing onsite-offshore delivery for development projects in Application Development, Cloud Modernization and Data Modernization using Microsoft technology stack
• Owned P&L of over $5 million revenue in an onsite-offshore delivery execution model
• Exceptional relationship-building and management skills to deliver superior services
• Responsible for driving strategic initiatives as part of continuous improvement for account growth
• Drive operation excellence to improve margin, productivity, utilization and hierarchy aligning with organization goals

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

• Be responsible for smooth execution of all development projects
• Conduct weekly reviews with Delivery, Program and Project Managers to evaluate risks, track issues and publish account updates on project delivery, people, customer, opportunities and strategic initiatives
• Maintain regular connected communication with the customer's point of contact for feedback, escalation and relationship building
• Serve as the project team’s point of contact for internal or customer escalations, building dashboards and status reports to address concerns
• Act as a customer champion by continuously analyzing and engaging to manage stakeholder needs and concerns within the account
• Adjust internal delivery processes to align with the customer’s processes where necessary
• Support India and US hiring teams with interview processes and smooth onboarding of selected candidates
• Own and maintain the account playbook with regular updates
• Have experience on at least five large-scale projects building solutions for data pipelines (ADF, Data Lake, Synapse), data warehousing, data modeling on Azure Data Platform - experience in AWS or GCP is an advantage - and scalable high-performance reporting solutions using Power BI
• Have worked on at least five large-scale projects focusing on digital transformation, product engineering using Microsoft technology stack, cloud modernization or modern workspace solutions

Account Management

• Work with the Account Manager and delivery team on new opportunities in the account and review the opportunity-closure plan
• Proactively update the account management team of any customer-end changes
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new contacts across customer departments
• Initiate, prepare and actively participate in monthly and quarterly business review meetings with the customer
• Manage P&L for the accounts, covering revenue, gross margin and operational excellence, including resource utilization, bench and billing
• Keep WinWire management team updated on any customer escalations or concerns at the project and account level
• Initiate and track hiring requests with the hiring team for all consulting and project positions, ensuring timely closure
• Track and follow up on existing project extensions and get SOWs created promptly

Technical Competency

• Be well-versed in the Microsoft technology landscape at a Level 200 level
• Understand the customer technology landscape to guide the delivery team
• Organize Brown Bag or envision sessions to demonstrate WinWire technical capabilities in areas of customer interest or need

People Management

• Track hiring, pre-boarding and onboarding of resources (FTE/Contract) for various engagements
• Mentor new resources to integrate them into WinWire culture swiftly
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with senior team members to mentor, track and act on concerns
• Work with the L&D department to identify and close training needs for customer projects
• Collaborate with HR on any staff concerns
• Recognize high performers for spot awards, quarterly awards and annual awards
• Encourage team participation in WinWire events such as Brown Bag sessions or Friday events
