Job summary

Novartis India in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Identity and Access Management specialist to oversee OIM-based services, integration, and security governance. You will coordinate engineering and operations teams, ensure SLAs/OLAs, and drive continuous improvement in IAM delivery across global infra.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager, Springboot, React/Angular, REST APIs is required. Ideal candidates have 10+ years IT experience, knowledge of Active Directory and regulatory frameworks,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts.
• 10+ years of IT experience with a computer science degree.
• Experience with OIM, Hibernate, Active Directory, Azure MFA, Entra ID or CyberArk; familiarity with SOX/GxP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees IAM services and coordination of related teams in planning and delivery.
• Manages IAM service delivery including SLAs, OLAs and UCs as an integrated service.
• Drives continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of IAM services.
• Supports regional/global monitoring, reporting and performance reviews against SLA/OLA.

Summary

• Oversees security operations service line, technology governance and external / internal interfaces in accordance with service operations and management processes.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees identity and access management services offered to customers inside and outside of Novartis global IT Infrastructure.
• Oversees processes and resources delivering identity and access management services, ensuring the coordination of these teams in overall planning activities, service delivery, and issue resolution.
• Supports that all global supporting components of the service, including any associated SLAs, OLAs and UCs are managed as an integrated service.
• Supports and delivers overall continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of the services.
• Assists with the regional and global monitoring, reviewing and reporting of performance against the SLA/OLA service and/or portfolio.
• Performs service reviews, qualifications and self assessments to e.g. ensure conformance with service-, quality-, audit, compliance, security and SOX requirements and industry best practices (Inhouse Operations, Third Party Suppliers and external Service Providers).
• Assists with the planning, (with Architecture, and Governance) to establish the overall services and the services delivery roadmaps.
• Ability to get involved with engineering and/or development activities to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Essential Requirement

• Excellent understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts. Very good experience in Core Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer (Coding), Springboot and framework, UI React JS and Angular JS and REST API.
• University working and thinking level, degree in computer science or comparable education and experience with 10 (or more) years of IT experience
• Good knowledge of Hibernate. Experience is managing 24*7 Engineering/developer activities of OIM.
• Experience in Onboarding of applications on OIM IAM tool.
• Other knowledge like Active Directory, Azure MFA, Entra ID or Cyberark is added advantage. Experience with regulatory frameworks, such as SOX, GxP, or similar.
• Individual contributor with ability to do Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) coding and manage multiple projects/tasks together.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, initiatives, and deliverables which involves service providers.
• To be constantly strive for business excellence and improvement. To be customer aware by effectively listening, anticipating customer needs, and sharing customers’ concerns
