Job summary

Novartis India in Hyderabad is seeking an Associate Director - Data Science to lead generation AI and agentic solution initiatives at scale. This leadership role requires 8+ years in AI/ML, strong Python and cloud expertise, and a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems

• 8+ years designing, deploying, and scaling Generative AI and agentic systems.

• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions with CI/CD, observability, and security.

Essential Requirements

• 8+ Years expertise in designing, deploying, evaluating, and scaling Generative Artificial Intelligence and agentic systems.
• Strong programming and software engineering experience using Python, application programming interfaces, and cloud platforms.
• Experience building production-grade solutions with testing, continuous integration, deployment, observability, and security practices.
• Demonstrated ability to apply machine learning, advanced analytics, and data science to complex business challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate scientific needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, influencing decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.
