Job summary

AECOM is seeking a senior cost and contracts leader for Gurgaon location with 15+ years of experience to drive cost management, quantity surveying, and commercial strategy on large-scale projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage pre- and post-contract activities, oversee tendering, procurement, claims, and value engineering, and contribute to business development and account growth while liaising with clients. Exposure to CostX, BIM, and FIDIC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, and Contract Management.
• Strong experience in pre & post-contract management, tendering, procurement, claims, and value engineering.
• Client-facing leadership experience with large team management.
• Proven business development and account growth experience.
• Exposure to CostX, BIM, FIDIC, and large-scale construction/real estate projects preferred.
• Experience managing complex commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.
