RTX, in Bengaluru, seeks an Associate Director-Business Operations to shape and implement operating models, governance, and strategic initiatives across Digital Technology. You will partner with senior leaders to drive execution, governance, and continuous improvement in a matrixed environment.
You will lead data-driven reviews, KPI development, and financial/resource planning, enabling informed leadership decisions and organizational transformation.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience with strategic scope.
- Demonstrated experience leading business operations, operational strategy, transformation, or organizational improvement in complex and matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen with experience in: Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Risk Management, Financial Stewardship, Process Improvement.

In this high-impact role, you will establish long-range operating strategies, strengthen management systems, improve governance, and drive organization-wide process improvements using CORE principles. As a strategic member of the Business Enablement Leadership Team, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve execution discipline, increase transparency, and enable predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
