• Establish statistical process controls and trend-based insights to detect early signs of performance deterioration and quality risk.
• Develop scalable sampling models, including stratified and acceptance sampling, to enhance monitoring effectiveness and quality assurance.
• Define a standardized evaluation and governance framework for AI/ML/LLM capabilities, incorporating benchmark datasets, scoring rubrics, regression testing, and failure taxonomy.

The Team

The role is being established within the Data Quality organisation of S&P Global’s Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) to provide independent, enterprise-wide assurance of data quality. The team is accountable for assessing quality across critical data domains, strengthening governance, and building senior leadership confidence in the integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness of our data assets.

By partnering across Product, Technology, and Operations, the role accelerates automation, observability, and quality transformation, enhancing stakeholder trust, regulatory readiness, and sustainable growth.
