DWS Group is seeking an Associate DevOps & BI Platform Engineer in Bengaluru to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and enterprise BI platforms. The role spans DevOps practices, scripting, and cloud technologies across Windows and Linux environments, with exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps/SRE and support of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Hands-on scripting in PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Role Description

We are looking for an Associate DevOps & BI Platform Engineer to support CI/CD pipelines automation, application deployments and enterprise BI platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with DevOps practices, scripting, Windows/Linux administration and cloud technologies , along with exposure to reporting platforms such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI. The candidate will work across development, infrastructure and support teams to automate deployments, improve platform reliability and support day-to-day operations. Help reduce Open Audit Findings with resolving underlying Audit Action Items within the stipulated closure deadlines

Your key responsibilities

• 6 - 8 Years of experience as DevOps / SRE
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/Bitbucket and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins or uDeploy.
• Good scripting skills in PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Exposure to Azure, GCP or AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus or similar.
• Exposure to Jira and Agile/DevOps working practices.
• Experience with or exposure to Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI or similar BI/reporting platforms.
• Strong understanding and exposure of containerization and orchestration with Docker / Kubernetes
• Good understanding of deploying microservices

Your skills and experience

• Build and support CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments.
• Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Support Windows/Linux infrastructure and application environments.
• Manage source code and configurations through Git-based version control.
• Support application releases across development, UAT and production environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application and platform issues.
• Support BI/reporting platform administration, upgrades and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures and operational runbooks
• Contribute to platform automation, standardisation and reliability improvements and Audit issues.

Good to Have

• Experience with Artifactory and uDeploy.
• Exposure to Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of SQL and BI reporting Framework.
• Understanding of networking, certificates and service accounts.
• Relevant Azure, GCP, AWS or DevOps certification.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
