Job summary

Dezy in India is seeking a dental clinician to join our network of home and partner clinics. You will perform examinations, diagnose conditions, and help develop treatment plans in collaboration with senior dentists.

You will carry out routine procedures, educate patients, maintain records, and support surgeries. Strong communication, empathy, and a patient-first mindset are essential to deliver timely care within the region.

Qualifications

• BDS from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental license to practice in India.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and patient-first approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ensure home/partner clinic appointments are met within the TAT.
• Upload scan files and intra/extra oral photos within the TAT.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans with senior dentists.

• Collaborate with Chief General Dentist and staff for seamless care.

• Coordinate with patients on the day of home/partner clinic scans.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Perform dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with senior dentists.
• Treatment Procedures: Carry out simple dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, etc.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal dental health.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Chief General Dentist and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest developments in dentistry, such as aligners and implants, through continuous education and training opportunities.
• Assistance in Surgeries: Assist senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries.
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing players / dental clinic chains / senior Dentists in the region through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs.
• Call and coordinate with the patients on the day of the home/partner clinic scan to reach the location on time.

Qualifications
