Job summary

smiles.ai is seeking a dedicated dental professional to join our Hyderabad team in a full-time capacity. You will perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and help develop treatment plans alongside senior dentists.

The role includes executing routine procedures, educating patients on oral health, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions in collaboration with senior dentists
• Carry out simple dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, etc
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories
• Work collaboratively with the Chief General Dentist and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Stay updated with the latest developments in dentistry through continuous education and training opportunities
• Assist senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing dental clinic chains and senior dentists in the region through outreach and trade fairs
• Call and coordinate with patients on the day of home/partner clinic scans to ensure timely arrival

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care: Perform dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with senior dentists.
• Treatment Procedures: Carry out simple dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, etc
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal dental health.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Chief General Dentist and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest developments in dentistry, such as aligners and implants, through continuous education and training opportunities.
• Assistance in Surgeries: Assist senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries.
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing players / dental clinic chains / senior Dentists in the region through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs.
• Call and coordinate with the patients on the day of the home/partner clinic scan to reach the location on time.
