Dezy (Smiles.ai) - Dental, made easy. is seeking a dental care professional to conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and collaborate with senior dentists on treatment plans.

The role involves performing intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, and related procedures while educating patients on oral health and post-treatment care, and maintaining detailed medical histories. You will assist senior doctors during surgeries and help strengthen relations with partner clinics through outreach.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions, developing treatment plans with senior dentists.
• Carry out simple procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings and fillings.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records including treatment plans and histories.
• Collaborate with Chief General Dentist and staff to ensure seamless care.
• Stay updated with new developments in dentistry through ongoing training.
• Assist senior doctors during surgeries and procedures.
• Engage with dental clinic partners in the region through outbound outreach and trade events.
• Coordinate with patients on day-of home/partner clinic scans to ensure timely arrival.

Job description

• Patient Care: Perform dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with senior dentists.
• Treatment Procedures: Carry out simple dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, etc
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal dental health.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Chief General Dentist and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest developments in dentistry, such as aligners and implants, through continuous education and training opportunities.
• Assistance in Surgeries: Assist senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries.
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing players / dental clinic chains / senior Dentists in the region through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs.
• Call and coordinate with the patients on the day of the home/partner clinic scan to reach the location on time.
