About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate – Delay & Quantum Services to support our construction claims and dispute advisory practice. The role involves assisting in delay analysis, quantum assessment, and claims support on construction and infrastructure projects, working closely with senior consultants and experts.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis of project delays and time-related impacts
- Support quantum analysis relating to variations, prolongation, disruption, and acceleration
- Review and analyse project records, including schedules, cost data, correspondence, and site records
- Assist in the preparation of delay and quantum components of claims, rebuttals, and position papers
- Support senior team members in preparing expert reports for arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and litigation
- Assist in applying basic delay analysis methodologies under guidance
- Prepare clear working schedules, cost summaries, narratives, and analytical exhibits
- Support internal reviews, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes as required
What We’re Looking For
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Around 2 years of relevant experience in planning, project controls, quantity surveying, claims, or commercial roles
- Basic understanding of construction planning principles, cost control, and contracts
- Exposure to claims preparation, billing, cost analysis, or schedule analysis
- Working knowledge of Excel (experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams

Desirable Skills
- Exposure to construction claims or dispute advisory environments
- Familiarity with delay analysis and/or quantum assessment concepts
- Understanding of standard construction contracts (FIDIC, EPC, or bespoke forms)
- Interest in dispute resolution processes and expert advisory work
