• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Strategy, Economics, or a related discipline (PhD preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience across academia and/or industry.
• Proven academic leadership experience with expertise in curriculum development and faculty management.
• Strong industry network and corporate engagement experience.
• Passion for mentoring future leaders and building high-impact academic programs.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
