Associate, Deal Support (PMP/PG)

You will assist in troubleshooting PMPs to help with the workload on the Deal Management team, work on PMP troubleshooting projects, and continuously improve and deliver exceptional experience for our clients.

What you\’ll work on:

• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve PMP troubleshooting issues through tickets, improving pacing for PMPs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as the Platform Solutions team) as needed to aid in troubleshooting
• Resolve tickets after PMP troubleshooting issues are resolved
• Pull reports from our DSP Life, analyze the data, and use that to inform PMP pacing recommendations to improve pacing of PMPs and help us solve some PMP troubleshooting
• Manage QA of deals and deal spreadsheets

Required Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of programmatic trading experience hands-on keyboard in DSPs at an ad agency or adtech company
• Minimum 1 year of experience running and troubleshooting PMP deals in DSPs
• Experience pulling reports from DSPs, analyzing the data, and using it to inform pacing recommendations and troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Willing and able to work 4pm-1am IST (6:30am-3:30pm ET U.S. hours), you can work remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

• Client-facing experience
• SQL experience
• Pharma experience

• CompStructure: fixed (inclusive of PF, Gratuity, and a 25k INR medical premium) + a target annual bonus that is approximately 5% of the gross annual earnings. Note that we don\'t offer stock options.
