Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced software/AI engineer to develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, Generative AI, and analytics.

You will build AI agents that integrate with enterprise tools, data sources, and APIs, and design orchestration workflows with LangGraph and LangChain. The role emphasizes MCP integrations for secure enterprise connections, RAG and Knowledge Graph solutions, scalable Python APIs, and collaboration with Compliance and Tech teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience developing software, automation, analytics, or AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, and AI app development.
• Experience building orchestration using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, tool calling, workflow automation, memory management, and multi-step reasoning.
• Experience implementing MCP integrations or similar enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
