Job summary

NuSil Technology, LLC in Coimbatore, India, seeks an Associate Customer Pricing to create customer conditions in the ERP system per pricing rules and to support timely renewals and reporting. You will collaborate with Sales and Country Managers to ensure accurate, on-time price updates and clear reports.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in math/ statistics/ finance/ economics, 1–2 years’ experience, and strong Excel/Access with VBA; Power BI and Python are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or economics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar pricing/ERP role.
• Proficient Excel, MS Access, VBA, Power BI; basic Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical, numeric and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create customer conditions in the ERP system following pricing policies.
• Extract pricing data from SAP, databases and internal sources.
• Prepare scheduled and on-demand reports for sales and management.
• Collaborate with Sales Team and Country Managers to renew prices timely.
• Ensure data privacy and accuracy in reporting.

The Opportunity:

THE OPPORTUNITY: The primary job responsibility of an Associate Customer pricing is to Create Customer conditions in ERP system as requested by the Sales Team abiding to pricing policies and provide the required reports. You will work closely with our Sales Representatives, Country Managers, to get the renewals of Customer Prices on time and provide accurate and timely reports.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Academic: Bachelor’s degree (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field will be preferable)
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

CERTIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft Office applications – Excel & MS Access

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 - 2 plus Years Experience with similar job duties

THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:

• Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and basic in VBA and visualization tools like Power BI, Python will be an added advantage.

• Extract pricing information from various sources such as SAP, Databases, and Internal systems.
• Responsible for Creating Customer Conditions in ERP systems, abiding to set policies and procedures.
• Scheduled & On Demand report preparation.
• Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format.
• Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Work on various process documentations when asked to (review, update, edit, translate)
